Does anybody know if DIGI will be able to help us find out the unknown number that has been texting us?

It should be a prepaid sim card. I think everybody needs to register a number before using them so is there a way to know who used that number to text you? like their registered name on the sim card? Or is it impossible? I am talking about DIGI here if you kno anything about maxis or celcom feel free to answer
