What would you do? Three 9-10 yr old boys shouting, running, and throwing things in restaurant?

A friend and I had spent a day at the lake and stopped at Freebirds to grab a bite before going home for the evening. While we were eating the three boys, all wearing baseball uniforms and all about the same age, left their parents' table and started throwing the aluminum foil sculptures other patrons had made at each other while hollering and dashing around - right next to us!!! We had to shout above the racket to carry on a conversation. We turned and pointedly stared at the boys' parents who were chatting away at the next table and pretending not to notice the little barbarians. After a minute of being aggressively stared at the parents grabbed the boys and left. Since we were dealing with 3 pairs of parents, it seemed somewhat risky to get in close to them and say something. Our nonverbal signal registered. How would you have handled this?
