I need your honest opininon guys thanxs i truly appreciate it!?

hi all well today is my birthday and my mother has offered to take me out to dinner.here is the problem she wants to take my 10 year old brother who is extremely autistic if you dont know what they do well he cant sit still for longer than 3 minutes will start making these loud ambulance police siren noises ,will go from table to table starting conversations with people not to mention he gets agravated really fast and will start crying and hollering especially when my 1 year old starts crying. all my birthdays have been this way and for once id just like to enjoy dinner peacefully just me her my hubby my 2 kids and my aunts 12 year old daughter. dont get me wrong i love my little brother but until you go through what we do you probably wont understand.pleaze give me your honest opinion if/how im wrong and what is the best way to approach my mom and how to tell her thanxz a lot guys me and my hubby are just breaking our heads over this.
