Is this okay for my parents to act like this?

When my mom gets home, she usually just goes to sleep and ignores me and my siblings and when we try to talk to her she gets mad at us. When my dad gets home he hollers at her and us. Then there is a HUGE fight, that the whole neighborhood can probably hear. My sister usually gets in the fight and for the next 5 hours my house is full of screaming. When my dad gets mad at me he yells and threatens me(im 15), when my dad gets mad at my sister he usually hits her(shes 18) and when he gets mad at my brother he goes up and apoligises for yelling and saying he loves him. (hes 13) its not fair!!! this is what my days are like everyday, they have been like this my whole life. Why don't they just get a divorce??? I dont want my dad to start hitting me like he does to my sister. and sometimes my mom grabs my face and she always asks me whats wrong with me and how im dumb. all i can do is cry. my house is full of animals, trying to tear eachother apart. does it sound like my parents are good parents? People always tell me i have the perfect life and i have no right to complain, but thats wrong. I think i have every right to complain. ergggggg
