I want to install a program that tracks how much time and websites visited?

by my teenager daily without her Knowing about it. i understand that it cant totally hide it but i don't want it showing on the desktop or a tool bar. im not sure what program to install and what one i can hide atleast alittle bit. and i also want to be able to have it pword protected. any ideas i would greatly appreciate it. thanks so much
