On "Tough Enough" ,Why does Stone Cold yell at the rookies doing certain wrestling moves,when he never used?

I was wondering that too, I was watching a few episodes, and got to thinking, Hey Steve, how do you know it wasn't done right when you never used that move in your matches...go figure huh?
